Shipping & Processing Information


Perceptual Bliss Shipping Policy: Please remember that EVERYTHING is Handmade & We are a small business, please be patient with us!

All purchases will be shipped via USPS within 10 to 12 business days from date of purchase, giving us time to create, process & package your order. (Unless other time is given for special circumstances. Our orders are shipped on business days only, Monday-Friday, not including holidays. PLEASE NOTE: During peak season, between November 1st to January 31st, orders may take 12-14 business days to ship!

If you place an order on the weekend, Friday-Sunday, your order will begin processing on the next business day.
Unfortunately, after shipping is completed and tracking number & notifications are released, Perceptual Bliss is no longer responsible for the item(s). Please contact USPS if items are not received.

Perceptual Bliss LLC is not responsible for returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice the shipping address provided at check-out was incorrect, please send a message as soon as possible to [perceptualblissllc@gmail.com] along with your confirmation code. We would like immediately fix the error before shipping. Once your order has shipped, Perceptual Bliss can no longer make any adjustments.
